Bro. Paris Wilson: A Journey of Service, Leadership, and Coming Home
Bro. Paris Wilson, initiated through Zeta Delta (Spring 2011) as “Chinzera,” Deuce of PHOUR, brings his passion for service and leadership home to Gamma Lambda. After years of nonprofit and international development work, he returned to Detroit seeking the sense of brotherhood that first shaped him. “I wanted to be something better,” he reflects. “The brothers were polished, driven examples I needed.”
Today, Wilson leads with what he calls “heart work,” including his Ice Cold Clothing Essentials Drive supporting men experiencing homelessness. His message to inactive brothers is simple and direct: “Revisit why you joined the fraternity. Put ego aside. You’re not bigger than the program. Come back home.”
